Storage:
Store in a cool dry place protected from all weather conditions and Potentially Harmful products / chemicals.
Maintaining the Swivel Shackle:
Make sure all parts are present, in place, and secured.
check to see if lubricated, if not, drop lubricant around the washer. We suggest 85w-140 Machine Oil.
Check once a week
For ALG Stone Clamps
Before Using Your Lifter:

Determine if you are using the correct clamp weight and dimensions for your material.

Check for any debris, dirt, grease, rust, buildup, or any other impurities.

Check for any apparent damage. If Damaged, notify the warehouse manager right away.

Lubricate any moving parts or parts with excessive wear.

Do Not Use if clamps are wet or while raining,
-
Lift one (1) slab at a time.

Make sure the fall zone of the slabs is clear.

Do not jerk the load.
-
Raise and Lower Load Slowly.

Keep loaded straight, and make sure it is as close to the ground as possible
Cleaning the ALG Lifter Pads:
Clean with warm water and the Pads mild soap with a brush, as needed. Rinse and let air dry.
or
Create a paste with one part baking soda, one part water, and use a toothbrush to scrub. Rinse and let air dry.
Cleaning the ALG Lifter Auto-Lock Mechanism
Cleaning the Lifter Auto-Lock is crucial for long-term performance. We suggest to clean weekly and lubricate with 85W-140 Machine Oil. Here is short video https://vimeo.com/357445079

Use a compressed air duster to remove any loose impurities.
Follow up by cleaning with a wire brush in order to remove stubborn impurities.
Make sure that your ratchet seam setter stays lubricated. We recommend lithium grease.
Please note that the treatment of the product affects its lifespan. Neglecting the required care can lead the product to a shorter lifespan, as well as potential damage.
