Returns & Exchanges

At Abaco Machines USA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our updated policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations below.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and waive associated fees under the following conditions:
• The item is covered under warranty.
• The return is due to an error on our part.
• The item is being exchanged for another Abaco Machines product.

2. Return Requests
• Within 30 Days of Delivery
If the return does not fall under the conditions listed above, it may still be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Beyond 30 Days of Delivery
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted.

3. Order Cancellations
• A 5% cancellation fee will apply to any order cancelled after the picking and packing process has begun.
